Holly supports adult individuals and couples who are facing challenges with marriages and families,  life transitions, grief or loss, stress, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety or depression. 

She uses an open-hearted, non-judgmental approach to build a trusting relationship with you, explore the causes of distress and supports your vision forward. With curiousity and compassion, Holly draws from clients’ strengths and evidence-based practices to help heal, connect, and change client lives for the better.  

In-Person Therapy


Holly is conveniently located in downtown Kingston in an office suite with other mental health professionals.

Virtual Sessions


Virtual and telephone sessions are available throughout all of Ontario.

Outdoor Sessions

Sometimes movement is the best therapy, especially for those who feel stuck or restless!! Services are available depending on seasonal conditions.

Holly Knowles, M.S.W., R.S.W.

Holly is a registered social worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. With over two decades in public safety work, she draws from a depth of experience and knowledge in social issues, trauma, and resilience. 

Holly leans in to relationships with evidence-informed practice, believes deeply in our capacity to heal and thrive, as well as our need connection with others. She uses Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Coaching, Positive Psychology and other ways to help individuals and couples live and love more fully. She considers it a privilege to step into this journey with you for awhile!
